Lucas started assisting Mike with his practice as an intern during his senior year at UT- Arlington. Upon graduating with a Finance Degree, he started his own practice as a financial advisor.

Sharon L. Scott

The expansion of Mike’s and Lucas’ practices required additional assistance with marketing, day-to-day operations and client requests. Sharon joined the team in 2007 to provide an extra set of hands to assist Mike and Lucas. She has worked in the financial services industry since 1996 and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her position.


Laurie Ray

Administrative Assistant
Laurie joined the Nfocus team in 2015. Her prior experience enabled her to quickly become an important asset to the team. Laurie is responsible for managing new insurance opportunities and handling client service requests as well as keeping the firm’s client database up-to-date.
